Nina Waters

Trip Leader / River Guide

Nina is an accomplished outdoorswoman and dedicated activist, Nina’s vision is to make the outdoors accessible to all, striving to heal the world through her work. She has been running rivers since she arrived in Colorado in 2014, and joining her loves “the adrift crew” in the summer of 2021.

Nina’s passions extend beyond these canyons, and when she’s not on the river, she spends most of her days developing solutions and working with various stakeholder groups as a Summit County Colorado Commissioner. She finds joy in her one-eyed husky, her playful shepherd, and relishes a satisfying plate of rice and beans.
