Trip dates and capacities are limited by NPS. Therefore all reservations are non-refundable, as Adrift has a strict no-cancellation policy for any reason including personal emergencies. FULL REFUND EXPECTATIONS
Trip Cancellation is not likely, but Adrift reserves the right to cancel any trip due to river or weather conditions or the lack of sufficient reservations up to14 days in advance for multi-days and/or 48 hrs for single-day trips. If we cannot operate the trip you signed up for, we will work with you to find an alternate option if possible. We understand that your vacation is essential, and we strive to make it as easy and memorable as possible.
TRANSFER FEE
Guests can transfer from one trip to another during the same season before full payment is made. Multi-day trip transfers are considered cancellations if requested after the final deposit due date.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
Reservations are held for $250 down. 50% of the balance will be due 15 days post-booking, and the balance will be due March 1st, 2025.

Although our rafting trip includes a small fee for the park, it does not cover a Parks Pass to enter Dinosaur National Monument. Park passes Include America the Beautiful Year Passes, Senior Passes, Veterans Passes, 4th Grade/5th Grade Explorer Passes, etc. If you do not have a year pass, 7-day permits are sold at the Dinosaur Quarry entrance station at $15 an adult (15 and over) or $25 a vehicle. You can also purchase park passes here. NPS requires that all guests rafting with us have one of these passes with them and available while on a river rafting trip.
We reserve the right to cancel any rafting trip that does not meet the reservation requirement. If we do not have enough reservations for a trip to be economically feasible to operate, we will contact you within 14 days of your departure for multi-day trips and 48 hours for single-day trips. At that time, you can choose to move to another existing trip, wait to see if others join the trip later, or cancel your reservation with a full refund.
