Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
You can hold your spot for only $250 down. 50% of the balance will be due 30 days post-booking, and the balance will be due March 1, 2024. To save on booking fees, please call the office and arrange payment over the phone after you have held your space with the $250 deposit – (800) 824-0150. Tami will be happy to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Trips are non-refundable, as Adrift has a strict no-cancellation policy. Trip Insurance is strongly advised. Feel free to contact us at info@adrift.com for assistance. If we can fill your spot, we will either refund you or give you a future trip credit.

We reserve the right to cancel any rafting trip that does not meet the reservation requirement. If we do not have enough reservations for a trip to be economically feasible to operate, we will contact you within 14 days of your departure for multi-day trips and 48 hours for single-day trips. At that time, you can choose to move to another existing trip, wait to see if others join the trip later, or cancel your reservation with a full refund. We understand that your vacation is essential, and we strive to make it as easy and memorable as possible. If we cannot operate the trip you signed up for, we will work with you to find an alternate option.
